Fischer SB 390 S is a two-component, styrene-based vinylester injection mortar formulated for general-purpose anchoring in concrete and masonry. 5. Installation Instructions
- Drill hole to recommended diameter and depth.
- Clean hole using a blow pump and steel brush.
- Repeat cleaning process: blow, brush, blow.
- Cut cartridge seal and attach static mixer nozzle.
- Dispense a small amount (first 10 cm) to waste.
- Inject mortar from bottom up, filling ~2/3 of the hole.
- Insert threaded rod or rebar while turning slightly.
- Allow to cure before applying loads based on temperature.
