FISCHER FIS EM PLUS 390 + NOZZLE
1. Product Description
FIS EM 390 Plus is a high-performance, two-component epoxy resin injection mortar designed for use in structural connections, rebar anchoring, and heavy-duty fastening applications in cracked and non-cracked concrete. The system is suitable for demanding environments including seismic zones and aggressive conditions (e.g. marine and industrial exposure).

- Post-installed rebar connections (reinforcement anchoring)
- Heavy-duty anchoring in concrete (C20/25 to C50/60)
- Anchoring in dry, wet, water-filled, and diamond-drilled holes
- Seismic categories C1 and C2
- Use in indoor and outdoor zones, including marine (C5) and industrial environments

5. Installation Instructions
- Drill the hole to the specified diameter and depth
- Blow the hole clean with a blower or compressed air
- Brush with a steel brush to remove dust
- Blow again to ensure all dust is removed
- Inject resin using a manual or battery dispenser – discard first 10 cm of unmixed material
- Insert anchor rod or rebar slowly with a twisting motion
- Allow to cure based on ambient temperature before loading

7. Storage & Safety
